The demise of Ossy Prestige makes it the third member of the current 9th assembly of House of Representatives chamber to have met untimely their death while in office.
Ja’afaru Illiyasu and Mr Fagen-Gawo are two other members.
Prestige before his election as House of Representatives member was a clearing agent and former Chairman, Onne Port chapter of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA).
Jafa’aru represented Magama/Rijau federal constituency of Niger State while Mr Fagen-Gawo represented Garki, Bubara constituency of Jigawa State before their death in December 2019.
