The city of Lagos is renowned for the ambiance of hastiness, rush, speed and anxiety. It is also known for noise, traffic gridlock and crowded streets, markets and malls.
Who would have believed two weeks ago that not one of these adjectives who aptly qualify Lagos today.
A new Lagos seems to have been born. It was borne out of the lockdown occasioned by the outbreak of coronavirus in the State.
Covid-19 isn’t something to celebrate, but the new Lagos it has given birth to is really something to admire.
