Some police officers have taken it as a normal routine to extort money from motorists especially at the Apapa port arena.
Bears observed a policeman capitalizing on the Apapa grid lock to generate funds into his pocket at the front of Eleganza building not minding who was looking at him. They were two but used a plain uniform man to carry out the act. Failure to grease their palms amounted to diverting your truck from going to where you intended.
Bears condemn this act and calls on the right authorities to intervene so as to make Nigeria a better place.
