The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has joined the multitude of well-wishers to congratulate the President-elect in the just concluded presidential elections that held on 28th March, 2015, General Muhammadu Buhari on his success at the polls.
In the congratulatory message signed by the president of the association, Com. Francis Johnson, the group wishes Buhari a successful tenure in office.
While congratulating the president-elect, the association also commended the sportsman attitude of the incumbent president, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan whose singular action of accepting defeat doused the tension surrounding the outcome of the elections.
“The Association commends all Nigerians for their peaceful conduct and patience at ensuring that they cast their votes for their choice candidate and encourage them to also remain peaceful during the coming gubernatorial and Houses of Assembly elections for the continued existence of Nigeria,” the president stated.
