The second edition of the MMS WofHof Initiative’s Women in Leadership and Career Empowerment Programme (WILCEP) Africa mentorship and training programme took place last week in Lagos with over 50 participants cutting across students, graduates and career women. It was a two-day programme with resource persons drawn from different sectors of the economy with the intent of equipping women with entrepreneurial drive and digital media skills.
