2023 Election: NAGAFF Pledges Support For Kwankwaso
The founder of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Dr Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam has guaranteed the association’s unreserved support for the candidacy of Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP)
Speaking at a press conference organized by NAGAFF in its office in Lagos, to draw support from stakeholders’ alike, dr Aniebonam confirmed that the association has resolved to throw their weight behind the former governor of Kano State for the office of the president in the fourth coming general election for the plain reason that it was a divine mandate. Dr Aniebonam who was also the founder of NNPP said that the party emerged from the transport industry hence the founder was a major stakeholder in the industry. “May I at this point call on all stakeholders in the transport industry, logistics and customs facilitation to join hands with NNPP to secure our future. The good news is that the founder of NNPP is from the transport industry and indeed the founder of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) as well’ said Dr Aniebonam.
According to him, what Nigeria and Nigerians need at the moment was a leader who would unity the country and put a stop to various regional agitations that causes unrest across the country. A leader who according to Aniebonam, would invite all ethnicity on a roundtable discussion and find out what their various agitations are and come up with agreed solutions. Speaking further, he urged Nigerians to look no more that there was already a divine assignment given to Engr. Kwankwaso under the platform of NNPP to bring an expected leadership. He argued that NNPP was ordained to create the political leadership that Nigeria and Nigerians are in dire need of. “At this point, it is obvious that God has decided to intervene in our country through the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP). To achieve this objective the need for a collective responsibility becomes inevitable to redefine Nigeria through quality leadership and good governance” he stressed.
He reminded the general public that since 2002 that the party became operational, it has remained unperturbed in her vision and quest to enthroned a new Nigeria in line with her manifesto. He also disclosed that the party won the gubernatorial election in Bauchi State but the old long irregularity that has marred the electoral process in the country denied the people of the State the opportunity of enjoying the political dividends which only NNPP could provide. He pleaded with journalists and Nigerians in general to help spread the message of God that Kwankwaso was the fated person to lead Nigeria into prosperity.
