Margret Umana is an Assistant Comptroller of Customs at the Apapa Area I Command. She is one of the eggheads at the Command’s valuation unit. Margret does not have a Thatcher to her name but there isn’t much difference between Thatcher and Umana on valuation matters. She is nice but she could be valuatious.
