Following a recent publication by MMS Plus in which the former Comptroller General of Customs, CGC Col. Hameed Ali(rtd) was alleged to have transferred N300 billion offshore, Kings Communications Limited, publishers of MMS Plus has tendered apologies to the former CGC.
In the apology letter addressed to Ali, Kings Communications stated that “We write to unreservedly apologize to your good self over the publication on https://mmsplusng. com/ex-customs-boss-all-in-n300billion which has tinkered with your good image in the eyes of reasonable people” “We regret this embarrassment and appeal to you to forgive and forget”. The letter dated 21st September, 2023 added, ” Accept our unreserved apologies”.
