Mrs. Ifeoma Iloh is the Executive Secretary of MMS Plus Woman of Fortune Hall of Fame (WoFHoF) Initiative, a non-profit initiative for woman capacity development and leadership empowerment as well as role modeling in the maritime, finance, aviation and oil and gas industries. MMS WoFHoF Initiative, now fully registered as NGO, is using seasoned Hall of Famers to build younger generation of leaders in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development.
