Founder of iKapture Networks, a skill acquisition training organization and an after school program that educates, engages and equips students and out-of-school youths in Nigeria with skills to become leaders and entrepreneurs. Grace has reached over 3000 young people since inception. One of the services offered by ikpature is the YLEAD, a six-weeks intensive program, aimed at equipping young people in their transitional years with the necessary leadership, personal development, and entrepreneurial skills. She is also the founder of Opportunity Desk, a platform designed for women entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs, providing mentorship, training and a network of information on relevant learning and growth opportunities for youths around the world.
