Engr. Mrs Francisca Denise Ngini joined NPA in 2001 and has worked in Nigerian Germany Chemical Plc Ikeja as IT Officer.
She has a first degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
A Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and Nigerian Computer Society member.
Presently the Chief Port ICT Officer TCIP Apapa.
