Eronini Appointed Coordinator /COO MMS Plus’ Hall Of Fame
Maritime Management Series (MMS), Plus Weekly, has appointed the National Publicity Secretary and Chairman of the Media and Publicity Committee of the Institute of Transport Administration (IOTA), Nigeria, Mr. Nnamdi Chisomaga Eronini as the Coordinator and Chief Operations Officer (COO), MMS PLUS’ Woman Of Fortune Hall Of Fame.
Eronini, who was a former General Manager, Nigeria Chamber of Shipping (NCS), has been deeply committed to the training and advocacy initiatives of Understanding the Cabotage and Local Content (UCLC), in the oil and gas industry.
He has variously represented the NCS at different fora including leading a Nigerian shipping delegation to international events like the Sea Trade Conference and Exhibition in Singapore and Abu Dhabi UAE, where he addressed international delegates on the prospects within the Nigerian maritime industry.
Eronini as an active member of Nigeria Maritime Expo (NIMAREX), is also the Lead Editor of the NIMAREX BOOK which chronicles the presentations and proceedings of the past editions of the event.
He has served with the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the Maritime Service Department of the Federal Ministry of Transport, under the tutelage of the current Governor of Niger State, Dr. Mu’azu Babangida Aliu.
The Transport and Maritime Training Facilitator, has a Bachelor of Technology and MSC degrees in Transport (Maritime) Management Technology, from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) and is married with three children.
He will be assisted by the Executive Secretary and Deputy Operations Officer (DOO), Mrs. Ifeoma Iloh, who is also the head, Admin/ finance Manager with Kings Communications Limited.
As a competent partner, Mrs.Iloh will employ her combined excellent and strategic planning abilities to drive the vision of MMS Hall of Fame.
Mrs. Iloh who is from Anaocha in Anambra State, holds a Higher National Diploma from the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH), and is also married with three children.
MMS Plus Woman of Fortune Hall of Fame is an initiative of Kings Communications Limited in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, with the former Minister of Transport and Aviation, Dr. Mrs Kema Chikwe as the Chairman Governing Council.
This initiative extols the sterling qualities in Nigerian women who have made meaningful contributions in their respective professions, it also has the vision to build human capacity, engages in role modeling and leadership training.
