Dana Airline Boosts Operation, Appoints New Head Of Safety
*DVPC Partners Emirates For Expansion
The management of Dana Airline operating in Lagos recently appointed a seasoned expert, Louis Spanoghe, as the Head of Safety and Quality Assurance to further boost the operations of the Airline.
According to the release by the Airline, the new appointee has 25 years experience in aviation regulation and excellent working knowledge of the sector.
Dana Airline said, it was constantly reviewing its entire operations to ensure sustained standard in the industry in line with global practice.
It was gathered that Dana Airline recently re-introduced flights from Lagos to Uyo as well as onward connections to Abuja. The airline boasts of array of innovative products that include the Fly Dana Mobile Application which enables guest to search, book and pay for tickets on the go as well as its efficient customer service.
Meanwhile, Emirates Airline and its commercial partners, Dubai visa Processing Centre (DVPC) have inaugurated Dubai Visa processing centre in Lagos.
This was made known in a statement released by the management recently stating that the inauguration was aimed at providing high quality service to Nigerian applicants travelling to United Arab Emirates adding that the new Dubai visa application centre would offer greater comfort and convenience to Dubai Departures.
According to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), DVPC and special projects VFS Global, Mr Malhotra, said the inauguration marked the expansion of DVPC Operation in the Africa region. He added that ”The DVPC is honoured to associate with the Emirates in facilitating the UAC Visa application process for Dubai-bound travellers in Lagos and those wishing to stop in Dubai for few days should now apply for their visa.
