BULLS: Well done AMATO
The official opening of a food canteen by Association of Maritime Truck Owners (AMATO) at its secretariat for drivers and mates otherwise known as “motor boys” is a welcome development. The president, Chief Remi Ajayi said the innovation became imperative to keep the drivers away from wandering about the ports premises since the law doesn’t permit the motor boys to enter the port.
“We are very happy. The environment has a lot of impact on human behavior so we know this place will avail us the opportunity to take our bathe, use the restroom and other services for free. At least we will be free from having our money and other valuables stolen. The foods are very qualitative and it will be as cheap as hundred naira” a motor boy who identified himself as Akinroye Kudus remarked while speaking with MMS Plus.
