On Friday, the Director of Special Duties at Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Mr. Isichei Osamgbi turned a year older. Isichei was previously the NIMASA spokesperson and a delight to journalists while in Public Relations.
Isichei is a refined journalist and a PR guru.
