BULLS: Congo Falls To Coup
The rampaging military incursion into political leaderships of countries in Africa continued on Sunday with media reports that the Democratic Republic of Congo submitted to a state coup.
The coup was reportedly led by the Commander of the Presidential guard. The country’s president was in New York as army takes control of facilities in the capital.
Meanwhile, Mali, Niger and Burkina faso have officially formed the Alliance of State Sahel. The president of Mali, Col. Assimi Goita announced that the three countries have formed a new military alliance via signing of the Liptako-Gouma Charter, which presupposes collective defense and mutual assistance among the member states.
