Bull commends the executive members of the association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) for the initiative of having a cossy conference hall where they host visitors and organize events.
Bull says the chilling Taiwo Afolabi hall is good enough to host any caliber of visitor in the world but recommends that a public address system should be gotten to make avoid people straining their ears to hear whatever that is being said.
