BEARS: Death Knocks At NIMASA
Death unleashed its fangs on two NIMASA members of staff, last week. The deceased were Okwudili Ejimogu and Prince Momoh. They died in somewhat controversial circumstances, with trail of accusations bothering on non-provision of medical care and “malicious” slashing of entitlements.
However, the management of NIMASA have tried to correct the impression created by the angry workers. Dakuku Peterside, the Director General is said to be on top of it. May the soul of the deceased rest in peace and we pray that God grants their families the fortitude to bear the loss. Meanwhile, there is a disturbing heap of refuse at the NIMASA resource centre, Kirikiri, Lagos. This anti- environmental friendliness which the agency’s mission negates. DG, clear the “mountain” and avoid being accused of infecting workers with disease ooo! That is another death knocking on the door!
