The former Chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Taskforce Team, Abulrasheed Maina, who is facing money laundering charges, joined the class of the noble slump artists last week, when he collapsed in the courtroom during trial.
Slumping has become the new norm for the political class to prevent justice especially when they have been accused of any form of misappropriation of public funds or abuse of office.
Maina is the latest recruit into this class of the ‘noble slumps’. We hope this is not passed to the next generation as a way of life.
