The Maritime industry and Women in Logistics and Transport (WILAT) in particular lost a gem recently in the person of Mrs. Lucy Damachi-Ita, a brilliant Attorney with the Nigerian Ports Authority(NPA). Death knocked on her door repeatedly like it does to everybody, but she mistakenly opened her door. She died making a wonderful career. Her family and everybody will miss her but we in MMS Plus will miss her sparkling virtues of motherhood. She was a bundle of encouragement to us.
