BULLS: The NIMASA eXperience

As part of efforts to ensure the level of excellence is always maintained at the Nigerian Maritime Administratation and Safety Agency (NIMASA), the Director General has created a new regime of inspection an every four hours people inspect all toilets at the agency and the NIMASA helmsman gets the feedbacks.

He took this initiative after a coordinator of Servicom who visited the agency had cause to use one of the toilets and she came back with poor remarks.  Dakuku is keen to ensure all who visit NIMASA leave with the right perception, ‘the NIMASA eXperience’

Indeed, as Dakuku usually says, he is not adverse to criticism but willing and courageous to make changes when wrong. It is a good trait of the NIMASA boss.
