Last week, the Secretary General of the Abuja Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Port State Control for West and Central African Region, Capt. Sunday Umoren attended a summit in Rock View hotel Apapa to make a presentation and he came with his laptop, projector and electric extension.
The hotel’s projector failed but Umoren was prepared as he was able to use mine. This showed a level of preparedness that’s uncommon today
