BULLS: ‘Mr. Integrity’

BULLS: 'Mr. Integrity'
L-R: The representative of the Executive Secretary, Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) and Chairman of the occasion, Mr. Daniel Bonat and the President of the NSC Multipurpose Cooperative Society, Alhaji Bashir Ambi, during the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the NSC headquarters on Wednesday

There is a man worthy of commendation who has been duly nicknamed “Mr. Integrity” by his peers. He is the President of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) Multipurpose Staff Cooperative Society, Alhaji Bashir Ambi Mohammed. Bashir has displayed high level integrity and transpareny under his administration as President of the Cooperative Society, recording an increase in net surplus by 99.85% in the year 2018.

The financial books of the cooperative has been described as “sound” by the amiable Executive Secretary of NSC, Mr. Hassan Bello. Bashir took over as the helmsman at the cooperative on the 19th April, 2017 with the sum of N30,442,770.89 and has been able to increase the funds to N185,481,844.65 as at December 2018.

His peers attest that the already slim man has become slimmer since he became President, but this simply buttresses the fact that Bashir understands leadership is about service. He made himself available to serve so altruistically that he was unanimously supported to go for a second term.

Congrats Bashir! Keep up the good work!
