The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Nigeria (CILT) for the first time in recent time in Nigeria since 1958 witnessed an over-subscribed conference. It was a generational hybrid-packed conference and futuristic in content and context. Different sessions were simultaneously held with diverse topics and audience as well as participants. Imagine! Participants paid to attend in an industry where osho-free has become the bane of intellectual content discourse. That was a model event and indeed, a re-direction in paradigm. What was responsible for that result? Leadership! CILT is rebranded indeed in content. The days of acrimony, bitterness and sabotage are over. Everybody was happy!
