BULLS: ANLCA Rewards Tardiness
L-R: Deputy Commander, Apapa Port, NDLEA, Mr. Jonah Achema; Area Commander, Apapa Port Command, NDLEA, Mr. Ameh Inalegwu receiving a plaque from the Vice President of ANLCA, Dr. Kayode Farinto; National Secretary, ANLCA, Mr. Babatunde Mukaila; Chairperson, ANLCA KLT Chapter, Mrs. Toyin Oyeleke; during a meeting at the ANLCA National Headquarters in Lagos.

It’s the stock-in-trade of some event hosts to allow their guests get to the venue before them. This was what transpired when National Executives of the Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) hosted the Apapa Commander of the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Mr. Ameh Inalegwu.
As part of efforts to discourage tardiness, the Vice President of ANLCA, Dr. Kayode Farinto who presided over the meeting introduced an amazing reward of fines with the Apapa Chairman the biggest culprit with his fines cumulating to N100,000 at the event.
Tardiness should be discouraged on all fronts and what better reward than fines?
