BREAKING!!! FG Appoints Rabiu Yadudu As New FAAN MD

FAAN threatens To Withdraw Services Of AirportsThe Federal Government has appointed Captain Rabiu Hamisu Yadudu as the new Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

 

This was revealed in a statement by Mr James Odaudu, Deputy Director, Press and Public Affairs of the Ministry of Transportation in Abuja, earlier today.

 

According to the statement the appointment takes immediate effect.

 

Until the recent appointment, the pilot with considerable industry experience was Director of Operations at FAAN.

 

He replaces Saleh Dunoma, who had spent over three decades in the airport authority, before he was appointed Managing Director many years ago.

 

Yadudu hails from Kano State, replacing Dunoma, who hails from Borno State.

 

Yadudu is an ICAO / ACI accredited Airport Professional. He also holds professional certifications in Avionics, Airport Safety Management Systems, Airport Security Management, and others.
