Mrs. Bilkisu Adamu Sani is the Director of Finance and Accounts (DFA) at Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). She is a leader with administrative skills, having horned these skills while serving as a Group Head, with Skye Bank Plc, Abuja before her present appointment at NCAA.
