We commiserate with the families of the President, Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN), Mr. Francis Johnson as well as the members and leaders of PENGASSAN who died last week Friday .
During his lifetime, he had advocated for reforms in the petroleum industry calling for the passage of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), and the need to separate the Ministry of Petroleum Resources from the Presidency for the effective operation of the ministry. He also ensured the total transformation of PENGASSAN National Secretariat and initiation of the e-library and Events Resources Centres in all of the association’s Zonal offices.
He will be forever remembered for his good works.
