BEARS: NIGAV Foodies

At most events dinner is served at the end of the programme. However, the organizers of the Nigeria Aviation Awards (NIGAV), Mr. Fortune Idu decided not to keep his guests hungry, so he fixed the time of the dinner during the event. However, he got the shock of his life when the hall became empty as only seven guests remained after dinner, out of over 150 participants.

There were several pertinent issues discussed after dinner, yet the audience had disappeared. It is obvious that most of the participants were only concerned about the food and not the benefit of such programme to the growth of the aviation sector. What a wonderful set of foodies! I call them ‘NIGAV Foodies’.
