Bears: Hot Apapa Meeting

Alas! The air-conditioners are not working as Controller Egbudin sat down to host his first stakeholders’ meeting since resuming office at the Apapa Command.

If all four ACs stationed at the four corners of the Apapa Command of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) had been working, they would have been enough to cool the hall at full capacity. Before the Controller could restrain himself, he queried into the microphone in his hands, “Why are the ACs not working?”

Good question for the Command’s PRO, surely the ACs are not for decoration.
