Accidents do happen, unfortunately. The key thing is for accidents, especially life-claiming accidents, not to become a recurring decimal in our places of work. In very recent time, in fact, in under two weeks, two workers have been killed at the Five Star Logistics Terminal alone as a result of industrial accidents! Haba!
In the same period also, a casual worker was killed in an industrial accident at a Chinese company in Lagos, Hongxing Steel Company Limited.
We’re not blaming anybody, we’re only saying: Please, please, please, employees, double up security and safety measures!
