A visit to Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) Murtala Muhammed International Airport Chapter, revealed the high level of indiscipline among the members and the secretariat was characterized by haphazard movements and noise.
The main purpose of an office is to support its occupants in performing their jobs but how can this be achieved when the office is disorderly and noisy.
It is disheartening to know that such an association would not be able to maintain decorum as both the staff and those who were not working in the association were seen trooping in and out of the office like it was a family house with battalions.
The ANLCA Committee (airport chapter) should do well to proffer solution to this issue as it will rub off on the image of the association.
