Just one rainfall last week unearthed the sand filled potholes at Iyana Itire/Ilasa Bus/stops along Oshodi/Apapa expressway in Lagos.
These potholes caused untold misery to motorists last year because of the gridlock they caused. And the Government instead of tarring the place, sand filed it. And now just a rain fall has exposed there inefficiency. Imagine what will happen if the rainy season comes proper!
