Mrs. Anthonia Ekpa is the Director, Road and Mass Transit at the Federal Ministry of Transportation. She has also been Director, Planning, Research and Statistics at the Federal Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs; Director, Monitoring and Evaluation at the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Deputy Director/ Head of Department of Communications at the Bureau of Public Service Reforms. Anthonia is an alumna of the British Chevening Scholarship 2001 to 2002 and currently Goodwill Ambassador of the University of Calabar, Nigeria. She is an excellent researcher with published academic papers and books in several areas of professional and academic expertise including texts in English Language, Communication and Teaching.
