NISA Holds 2015 AGM, Charts New Course

The Nigeria Shipowners Association (NISA) is holding its 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In a press statement signed by the Association’s General Secretary, Mr. Tunji Brown, the meeting expected to commence at 11am will have in attendance all the representatives of the various corporate bodies that make up the new revalidated membership list which is made up of 52 firms, out which 32 members are real shipowners while 20 members are in the associate category.

One of the agenda of the AGM will be to refocus the association in line with the prevailing national political and economic dynamics as they affect the shipping and maritime business in the country as well as ratify the revalidated membership list.
