BULLS: Presidency In Fear?

BULLS: Presidency In Fear?
Bulls Thumbs Up Humble Presidency!

Nigerian Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo displayed rare humility at the flag-off of the Lekki Deep Seaport last month.  Lagos state’s deputy governor who was supposed to represent the governor at the event wasn’t on seat when it was time for her address at the event. Surprisingly, protocols had to be breached where the congregation including the vice president had to wait till the arrival of the Lagos Deputy Governor. This is very unusual in Nigeria where a vice president would be on seat while event is put on hold. Is this a display of tolerance and humility or fear of the unknown by the vice president?
