Engr. Chidi Izuwah, the Acting Director General/CEO, Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) has joined in the victory celebrations with the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) following the Council’s favourable Appeal Court Judgment last week.
Izuwah described this development as a testament to the tenacity and determination of the Executive Secretary of the Council, Barr. Hassan Bello to ensure the right thing is done to grow Nigeria’s maritime sector.
He also commended the judicial system for the rigorous application of the rule of law under President Mohammadu Buhari’s change agenda.
