Rotimi Amaechi’s hand is full with foreign contracts, first it was $40b Chinese Railway Contract, then $195m Israeli Waterways Security Contract, he has also submitted proposal to FEC for approval of $1b to established a National Trade Platform (NTP) from the Comprehensive Imports Supervision Scheme (CISS) fund idling in CBN account.
