When the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Maritime Command (AIG) Alkali Baba Usman visited the headquarters of National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) recently, he asserted that the Police had the onus to investigate issues of under-declaration, hacking of licenses, forgery of licenses, among others.
The Police is “Jack of all trades, Master of all” Usman said.
However, the reality is that the Nigerian Police is jack of all trades but only a master of bribery.
This can be seen at port gates, road-blocks, police stations, etc., even the Police boss told the audience that three police officers were arrested for engaging in illegal activities at the ports.
Indeed, Policemen are jack of all trades, masters of bribe!
