See the rot and massive debris at Liverpool commercial jetty, Apapa. A hub of ferry services for Ojo, Amuwo-Odofin and Apapa Local Government Areas. This could be a hub of ideal water transport system but it is a shame that it has become a hub of debris and neither the local government nor the Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) is ready to do anything about it.
