The runway at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja was fixed in less than six weeks while Enugu Airport, the only international airport in the south east has been shut down for 7 weeks without a single action on ground. Although, the Ministry of Aviation has put in N10billion request to Federal Government to resuscitate the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu, issues like these are to be addressed quickly since it is the only airport in the South East. Could this be segregation or simply neglect of duty?
